Mr Beach is responsible for the leadership and development of the school.
He oversees Teaching, Learning and Assessment, Behaviour, Safeguarding Lead/DSL, RE, PPG & Collective Worship & all things related to premises and finance, HR as well as Health & Safety.
As well as overseeing all office duties and responsibilities, Mrs Redman provides pastoral support to all year groups and manages the medical needs of our pupils at Great Gaddesden. She is the Attendance Champion, Deputy Mental Health Lead and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead. She is in school Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Ms G Baltera
Finance Assistant and Teaching Assistant (Maternity Cover)
Mrs Baltera is based in the office each Wednesday and is responsible for elements of HR, payroll, Arbor finances, Early Years funding and school banking related duties. Mrs Baltera supports KS1 pupils in the classroom as a teaching assistant in the mornings except for Wednesday and works a few afternoons in LKS2.
Mrs Aikman is our Co-SENDCo and works on a Tuesday (every other week). Mrs Aikman is also our Mental Health Lead & Designated Teacher for Looked After children.
Mrs Curtis is our Co-SENDCo and works on a Tuesday (every other week).
Miss J Carty
Lower School Senior Teacher (SLT)
Miss Carty teaches Y1/2 Monday-Wednesday and is the Lower School Senior Teacher.
Miss Carty leads English in our school and shares the responsibility for Curriculum Development.

Mrs Marshall teaches in our EYFS class on a Friday. She also teachers other classes, when teachers are taking their PPA time.
Mrs L Jeffery
Early Years Practitioner & Wrap Around Manager
Mrs Jeffrey leads our wrap around provision and runs After School Club until 5pm Monday - Thursday. Mrs Jeffrey also works part time as our Early Years Practitioner.

Miss Hollings supports the teaching and learning in Key Stage 1 in the mornings.

Upper School Senior Teacher (DDSL & SLT)
Mrs Lilley teaches our Year 5/6 class on Tuesday-Friday and is the Upper School Senior Teacher.
Subject leader roles include Maths and Humanities (History + Geography), Character Education (YLA), MFL and shares the responsibility for Curriculum Development.

Mrs De Rouffignac
Y3/4 Teacher & Creative Arts Lead
Mrs De Rouffignac teaches Y3/4 and has responsibility for Creative Arts (Art & DT). She is also a qualified Forest School leader and delivers this to all classes.

Mrs Robertson supports in Year 3/4 in the mornings and accross the school in the afternoon's.
She also supports our wrap around provision (breakfast and nurture club).

Mrs Sutcliffe supports the teaching and learning in Key Stage 2 on a Wednesday - Friday. Mrs Sutcliffe is trained in drawing and talking and provides support throughout the school.
