Mr Beach is responsible for the leadership and development of the school.
He oversees Teaching, Learning and Assessment, Behaviour, Safeguarding Lead/DSL, RE, PPG & Collective Worship & all things related to premises as well as Health & Safety.
Mrs G Aikman
SENDCo/Inclusion Leader (SLT)
Mrs Aikman is our SENDCo and works on a Monday and Tuesday (every other week) at Great Gaddesden School. Mrs Aikman is also our Mental Health Lead, PSHE lead & Designated Teacher for Looked After children.
Mrs E Redman
Pastoral Support & HLTA (DDSL & SLT)
Mrs Redman oversees pastoral support and medical needs at Great Gaddesden. She is the Attendance Champion Deputy Mental Health Lead and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead. She is in school Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Mrs Redman also supports teaching and learning across the school as well as also supporting our wrap around provision (breakfast and nurture club).
Mrs Curtis is our office administrator and works Tuesday - Thursday in our school office.

Finance Manager
Mr Beirne is our finance manager and supports the administration in the school.
Mr Beirne works on a Monday.
Miss J Carty
Lower School Senior Teacher (SLT)
Miss Carty teaches Y1/2 Monday-Wednesday and is the Lower School Senior Teacher.
Miss Carty leads English in our school and shares the responsibility for Curriculum Development.

Early Years Practitioner & Wrap Around Manager
Mrs Jeffrey lead’s our wrap around provision and works at After School Club until 6pm on a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Mrs Jeffrey is also our Early Years Practitioner.

Mrs Robertson supports in Early Years in the mornings and across the school in the afternoons.
She also supports our wrap around provision (breakfast and nurture club).

Upper School Senior Teacher (DDSL & SLT)
Mrs Lilley teaches our Year 5/6 class on Tuesday-Friday and is the Upper School Senior Teacher.
Subject leader roles include Maths and Humanities (History + Geography), Character Education (YLA) and shares the responsibility for Curriculum Development.

Mrs De Rouffignac
Y3/4 Teacher & Creative Arts Lead
Mrs De Rouffignac teaches Y3/4 and has responsibility for Creative Arts (Art, DT & Music). She is also a qualified Forest School leader.
